I tried using Neutrogena Extra Gentle Facial Cleanser for the first time last night. He said hypoallergenic, unscented, and dermatologist recommended so I thought it would be good for my skin. I woke up this morning with swelling around the eyes and itchy, red spots the whole face. I took Benadryl, but its not doing anything to relieve the itching and stop the inflammation. I’ve been applying ice to your face as possible, but as soon as I take it off the itching returns. What else I can do to relieve the itching and heal the skin? Please help!

I have had good results getting rid of hives by taking capsules of Nettles. Nettles are a good natural anti-histamine.
